"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

Seems like I only update this thin about once a year now. Its difficult for me to have the desire to update this frequently when I spend all day in front of a computer. With that being said, here's the run down:
Dena and I are expecting our first kid in January. We are pretty pumped to meet our daughter, Parker. Its crazy, becuase I feel my life changing already...I'm money crazy, I'm working out harder than I have in years, yet still gotta gut, and I spend my evenings assembling baby furniture at my wife's request. My whole life mission is to keep my daughter from being a stripper.
I'm starting a new job as Senior Systems Engineer with Sarcom. My first assignment will be assisting ITT Technical Institute in migrating their infastructure from a colo back to their main headquarters. I will miss my family at RealMed Corporation, but Sarcom made me an offer I couldn't refuse.
I'm pretty excited about the Fall weather, the iPhone 5, and the new season of TV coming up in the next month. I've been pretty stoked about "Up All Night". The pilot was pretty awesome, so I'm going to be disappointed if the rest of the season sucks.
We recently went back to Wilson to see friends and family. We had an awesome time and it took me a week to recover and dry out. Thanks to everyone that came out to see us and admire Dena's Baby Bump. Hopefully, I will be posting some new photos of our house, and just some other things. Time to grab them off Dena's Facebook page and replicate them here.
Movies: Current digs include: "Horrible Bosses", "Bridesmaids", "Limitless", and "Lincoln Lawyer".
Music: Hmmm...What's on the iPOD as of lately..."The King is Dead" by the Decemberists, "Infinite Arms" by Band of Horses, "Angles" by The Strokes, and "Tourist History" by Two Door Cinema Club.
Television: First off, I only watch Tivo when I do sit in front of the TV. Tivo captures goodies like "Eastbound and Down", "Dexter",
"30 Rock", and stuff from the History Channel.
Books: "Setting the Table" by Danny Meyers. The book hit so close to home I felt like I could have easily written the first 4 chapters myself.
It is an awesome read for anyone in the Hospitality Industry.
